Every great lawn starts here.
Three tiers. One foundation. Soil-test driven fertilization, season-timed weed control, slow-release nitrogen. Every other Pure Turf service builds on this.
The lawn pays you back for every visit.
The program is the foundation everything else is built on. Soil-test-driven applications, season-timed weed control, and slow-release fertilization, scheduled across the year so the lawn is fed and defended right when it matters. Every Pure Turf service starts here.
Three tiers. One foundation.

Four habits, every account.
What separates an okay program from one you don't think about.
- a. Test
Soil sample on day one.
We pull a soil sample before the first application and document existing condition. That becomes the baseline. pH, nutrient balance, organic content all dictate the year's program.
- b. Time
Soil temperature, not the calendar.
Pre-emergent goes down when soil hits 55°, not when the route gets to your zip. We watch the temperature curve, you don't have to.
- c. Apply
Clear notes, every visit.
After each application we tell you what we used, why, the conditions, and what to watch for between visits. No four-letter codes.
- d. Renew
Aeration and seeding, every fall.
Once a year we open the soil so water, air, and roots can move, core and liquid aeration to break up packed Tennessee clay, then overseed the thin areas before winter. It's the step that keeps the lawn thickening season over season instead of just holding.
“Our yard was the worst-looking one on the street. One season in, neighbors started asking who we use.”

The first walk is honest. We'll read the lawn back to you and recommend a tier based on what we see, not what we want to sell.
